Landmark Initiative in for Pigs in Florida
Vote "YES" on Amendment 10!

Activists in Florida have succeeded in getting enough signatures to place a ban on gestation crates for pigs on the November 2002 ballot. Sows spend most of their lives in these crates too small even to turn around in. The intense confinement causes tremendous frustration and psychological suffering to these intelligent animals.

If you live in Florida, please be sure to vote for Amendment 10 in the November election. Please tell everyone you know in Florida to do so as well. This would be a first-of-its-kind piece of legislation protecting the many thousands of pigs in Florida's factory farms.
